Modifier analogue to 3Ds max "Morpher"
If There are 2 meshes with UV coordinates, then with Morpher modifier one object could morph into the similar shape of other(modifier influence value 1) by using UV coordinates of both. Location of vertices in 3D/viewport space are matched/interpolated by their proximity in UV coordinates.
Image showing frames from tutorial where triangulated mesh from Marvelous designer is used as an address for a square-shaped mesh with quads on which modifier is used. If UV space is the same, then square perfectly morphs into "fabric", and that's how remeshing of simulated or sculpted objects also can be done.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH
I agree that a modifier equivalent to Max's Morpher would be very useful. I'm looking for it!
