Scroll upon hovering over window while text box is active
If I hover over the keymap window, for instance, it does not scroll when the mouse wheel is moved if the search box is in focus/ active. Instead, I have to first manually click outside the text box to initiate scrolling. Please change the behavior to scroll when the cursor hovers over a window regarless of active text boxes. Usually, you start scrolling as soon as the input value is set correctly, having to exit this box is redundant work.

I just tested this in Windows, and seems to work: Open preferences/keymap window, focus the main blender window with the preferences window visible, hover over preferences window, scroll middle mouse: it scrolls.
It might be an operating system/windows manager level issue. Using Linux? What window manager?
* @jtxt * I just noticed, the problem is that when you type into the search box, it stops scrolling, because the text box is in focus. I've been using that box so much that I didn't realise that's the issue.
