Blender developers team should have progress tracking bars for current issues they are solving and features they are implementing + the community votes should be taken into more consideration

It would be awesome if Blender programmers could say what they are busy fixing, and have development progress bars with different colored milestones and the problems/blockades they encounter in yellow or red (so the programmers inside the community can help or give tips to make the developers advance in a smoother way!)

Also, the community would know why they aren't fixing other issues,

The community votes can be taken more into consideration, so the highest voting features can be addressed.

the community could also motivate the development team and give them strength with moderated constructive comments/audio or love on each progress bar, or even donations if time milestones are achieved on time or before.
