And you also have the

, which is full of resources - some of which are free - and whose income goes to the Blender Studio, which play a big part in Blender's development as its first line of field-testing and planning.
Now, it's cool to have places to have content, but what's important is to have the resources to make the content. The BF is busy enough with developing the software yet still manages to publish all that, and you can easily find plenty of tutorials from the community.
So, what do you lack exactly?

Does it need to have one? They made a series for 2.8 and 2.7 because there are drastic changes between these two versions. But Since 2.8, no big change happened. There isn't a new UI, nor a new render engine to talk about.
The only big new thing is Geo Nodes, but it's far from finished.
The BF is busy developing the software, they can't possibly make tutorials for everything new in the software and the community has way more resources to produce such content. There are already plenty of tutorials for geo nodes.
