Node Editor: allow searching in "Switch Type To"
I would like to use "Switch Node Type To" more often, but I don't like to traverse the menus manually to find the node I want. it's easier and faster for me to drag a new node from a noodle which automatically pops up the search menu. if I could search in the Switch Type menu, then it would be just as fast and easy to use

Just a note, this functionality is part of the Node Wrangler add-on, anyone is welcome to contribute to it just like the rest of Blender, but being Python it should be much more accessible.
Hopefully one day we get Switch Type in regular Blender.
oh, whoops, I totally thought it was just built in, that's my bad, I'm just so used to using node wrangler every day that i don't know what features are stock and what are addon
