I think it would be nice if you could adjust the order of the parameters in the header menu.

By what mechanism would you do the moving? Since so many of these UI elements are clickable, I'm not sure plain old drag and drop is the best solution. It would be too easy to unintentionally move those UI elements around. How would you suggest preventing that?
It's also worth mentioning that you can already move UI elements around with Python. So at least the underpinnings are already there.

I suggest making a separate editing mode. In this mode, the parameters can be dragged. After turning off the mode, you will not be able to move the parameters.
