File Export Filters for lossless and free formats

The idea is to have a filter option for the file export log. If enabled you would only see lossless and/or free file formats.
I know that there already was the UI freeze for 2.80, but I hope that we can still include this.

I found a good image on twitter for that idea.

As your mockup is right now, using checkboxes here looks like they are options to the encoding. Which they aren't. Moreover, format isn't all when it comes to lossless and open, codecs counts too.

IMHO if you need those infos, either get familiar with containers and codecs in the first place (which I think is by far better), either find a way to have filters inside the drop down menu itself (but IMHO again, I'm not sure it brings anything important enough to justify the UI bloat and the development time).

* @-L0Lock- * I founf this image online on a twitter account and used it since I had the same idea.

For sure there are better places to have this feature and I know that there is much more to it than just the container.
However, the idea is no have a flip option that shows you only eg. open formats. So you would be able to select VP9 and Vorbis.
Same for lossless. If you filter by lossless you only see lossless codecs (for audio and video).

I also wouldn't call it UI bloat since it's just two small checkboxes

* @Delta * Then perhaps you should improve the image to match closer to what you're looking for and also addressing -L0Lock-'s concerns.
