Modelling Stack

I propose to keep track of all modelling actions on a stack for later changes in operators.

Actually you extrude and after applying the operation you never again can change the values you used. After that you apply an inset and same happens, etc...

So I propose to get a stack list with all operators so you can change values whenever you want.

Of course, you will need an option to "apply, freeze or bake" all the stack when you are happy with the model or to just get rid of all operations for better performance.

It can be a stack for it self on a new "model panel" or, even better, a Modifier so you can even mix with other modifiers.

Hope it make sense.

Cheers, Ignasi aka Topeich.

I'd rather have a fully interactive geometry nodes that can record actions from the viewport.

Well... Technically, this is litterally a nodal operation system. That's how maya works. But it's not like Blender's nodes, it's not a topping layer, it's the actual functional core. Every action is a "node" added to the object, which you can access, modify, and destructively apply at any time.

But for that kind of stuff to work in Blender, it would require to basically rewrite everything AFAIK x)

That would be amazing too but seems even more complicated to achieve... :o

I'm afraid of this... but dreaming it's free :)
