Toolbar Fit
Currently if you have your views split up into smaller windows, the toolbars in each disappear off the edge of the window. I thought it might be good to have a toggleable mode for each toolbar where it will add extra rows or columns to fit all the icons in the window.

There is a choice: use scroll and keep working area as wide as possible + keep bar as dence as possible OR cut off working area, make bare sparse and loose a lot of space.
But, as far as you suggest ti as option via separate key, it is okay.
