Move object to collection while in local view.

Currently, when you are in local view, and want to move an object to a collection, you have to exit local view, change collection, and re-enter local view (and sometime reselect what was in local mode previously)

The M key allow only to move out of local view, I think it is cool but others collection should also be visible.

Added Edit 15-10-2021 : The ability to select object in outliner, and with M in 3D viewport, add it to the current local view.

you have to exit local view, change collection, and re-enter local view

You don't have to, it not work for some reasons in 3D View (even if keymaps changed to not overlap) but it work via Outliner.

just change either one of the M shortcuts (I'm talking to you, Blender Foundation!)
