More dynamic snapping options (like in other cad and 3d applications)

Snapping options such as: • At intersections • At circle tangents, centres and quarters • Perpendiculars

should be provided for better modelling techniques.

Snapping points can be shown by circle, square, cross, etc for different snapping points.

I know not a good source but you get the point of what we need.
