address these asset thumbnail rendering issues

problems with the material preview and asset browser thumbnail generation (solution to the right of each hyphen):

1. Painfully slow to render - add option to use GPU
2. Inability to change the hdri environment (asset browser thumbs only) - Have asset browser respect the hdri selected in the material preview options in the material properties panel. (user can choose to use scene hdri here)
