He spammed it in the dev chat. He wants it to be added to the blender. As usual, some people see something new and don't think about complexity. As written on the forum, in the 2.5d displacement topic, this cannot be added to the blender.
there should be a simple rule: don't post research papers. that's not a proposal. that's not a thing that can be a proposal in the next years. so don't post it.
