Highlight the values that has been changed from default

Highlight the values that has been changed from their default values. EG: I change some values in the screen space reflections sections and later I need a quick hint to see if the values were tinkered or they're on their default state. sideFX houdini does it by making the changed parameter texts BOLD. Blender should do this too, better yet change the color of the changed values too and let the users do it. Thanks. Hope someone sees it :D

But a few things would need to be done for this to make sense:

First, Blender should update what values is considered "default". Because right now, the value you see when opening Blender has nothing to do with the value registered in the code as "default value". It's just whatever value has been saved in the startup file.
Which means, as of today, a lot of values would be displayed bold when starting Blender, because a lot of them are not using their default value from the get go. Especially if you have customized your startup file. Which leads to the second issue:

Blender need a way to let the user change the default values (and reset them by factory settings). To prevent the case where resetting a value by default will never use the value the user wants by default.

If these are done, then yes it would be awesome to have changed values displayed bold or something.
