Timeline, camera animation skip n frames
When all the physics and animations are done next in my workflow is a nice camera walktrough and see if all shows up nice, making a final movie. The problem though with large drawings, is that they go slow frame by frame, loosing any sense of speed , I suggest an option to improve it :
Have a timeline option to disable physics (such as clot, smoke, water, physics) have an option to keep animation (ea turning and moving objects, body rigs), and an option for the play button to skip n frames to get some idea of the final speed of it all. With 30fps, i be happy if i could skip one or 2 secconds for a camera preview. So in my viewport i will see (slightly shocking but thats fine), frame 0 frame 60, 120, 180 , 240 etc Preferably here to be able to manually enter how many frames to skip.
(my blend files consume typically around 8 Gig ram, or so and are in between 200 to 500mb as blend file, so i hit performance walls, even with higher end hardware)
