Graph Editor: Better handling of moving a keyframe on the same frame as another keyframe

When moving a keyframe into the same frame of a different keyframe on the same channel, the graph does not represent the resulting outcome if the keyframe was to be placed. When zoomed out, it is also not clear that a keyframe is being replaced, because the visual feedback of being close to another keyframe or on another keyframe is almost identical.

The idea is to instead show what would actually happen if the keyframe was to be released. This is just a quick mock-up to gather feedback on this idea.

Benefits:

  • more clear that the keyframe is being replaced
  • more clear that you have hit the right frame when moving a keyframe (less guesswork)
  • more clear what the outcome would be if the keyframe was to be released (what you see is what you get)
