Latex Support in VSE

The text feature in the VSE should support render latex (or atleast attempt to if tex is installed). This should be a setting in the style dropdown of the properties panel. It should be labeled something along the lines of 'Text type,' and the default should be ''Plain text'' which maintains the current behavior. There should also be an option for latex.

Should latex be selected, (depending on how this would be implemented), either there would be an option to bake the tex underneath the textbox, so that you can render the tex, or (if this were to use something akin to mathjax with real-time latex rendering), then it would just render as you type.

I would also like to point out that this could be a good place to add support for other text standards like html or even markdown, to allow for more intricate text in the VSE. I also think that should this actually be considered, then this should also be added to the 3D text objects as well for consistency.

Right now if we want to simply have one sentence with a single word in bold and another in italic, we need to make one text element with each a different font.

I'm all for Latex support. But before we get there, we should start by having a form of rich text support and variable font support to begin with. And not just in VSE text strips, we need it in Text objects, geonodes and whatnot.

Maybe MathML is a better option, no?
