Save Grease pencil Operator Presets And Tools

I've just been a bit frustrated because you can't save settings for the tools and the Operators in Greasepencil..

Even if you save a Default file with all the setting turned on the way you want it , they will revert back to their default when reopen blender. Either when starting a new file , or when opening a file.

So i'm always re-clicking options every time. Some of these Operators have default setting i will always have to change. like the subdivide and Smooth option. i will always want to keep the shape.

Other than that the tools also have some settings that i would love just to be set to default in one position like the direction settings for a tool.
