Set shortcut keys for proportional_edit
I find it a bit inconvenient to use the scroll wheel and PgUp, as my left hand has to move quite far. Could the hotkeys be changed to Q and E, with W setting the decay to 0? This should be more convenient.

You can change your hotkeys.
This would only work for people with QWERTY keyboards; it would be weird and unintuitive for someone with an AZERTY keyboard as these keys have no obvious meaning outside of their placement.
