Double Press S to Scale Individual
Just like how pressing I twice can inset individual, pressing s twice would scale individual. Would be smoother than having to switch back and forth between the different pivot points.

pressing I twice inset individually???? Wow.
Can we get this for rotate as well?
I like the idea but double R already active the "trackball" wich is very usefull (to me at least).
Pardon me, by I find the trackball really annoying to use. Though, maybe if I had an actual trackball it might be more useful, but I don't.
Now of course this duality can be solved with settings. (even if the UI would be more consistent if SS and RR had the same behavior)
