Add "Open Recent" to File Context Menu
I really love the new File Context Menu in 2.8 that is opened with the F2 key. I use it all the time, but the past few days I've found that it's lacking at least one thing, that is the "Open Recent" option from the regular File menu on the top bar. That does have it's own shortcut, but its a rather cumbersome shift+ctrl+o. Besides, already having a shortcut isn't a good excuse not to include it, as the related "New" and "Open" options are on there and they also have dedicated shortcuts.
A real world use case from my own personal experience is having to import a ton of models into individual files. They all need the same common settings, but they aren't the same as my default Blender configuration and I don't want to change those. So I created a simple template file where all the common settings are already configured and I open that as the first step to this import process and that would be so much more convenient if "Open Recent" was just a single click of F2 away, much like "New," "Open," and the "Import/Export" options.
I can see myself using this template file approach on other projects down the line as well and I doubt I'd be the only one to run into a situation like this. Another good use is when you've got a few projects going at once that need a lot of work and you regularly switch back and forth. This would make it a little faster and more convenient to go between them. There are some other workarounds I can consider for my particular case, but I still feel this would be a useful and welcome addition to the File Context Menu that would make it even better than it already is.
