centralize animation control at the bottom panel.

I just want to throw some ideas . When doing animation, the basic control/button/parameter can be centralized so user can easily get access. This is a good example from modo. it's looks clean , simple and nice ... showing just enough control :

here's the blender from old version. That time the button are just distributed across the panel and less managed. The new UI should have animation control managed on this panel.

How would that look in Blender's context ?

@loic.dautry: Actually , Blender have this in early version, but that time the buttons are less managed. So just for animation workflow it's great to have it back. For current blender UI. Check my post, i just added new image from old blender.

with current UI, we can simulate this with 2 ways :

  1. make the top/bottom menu bar resizable so i can make it to be like more than 1 row so

we can arrange any additional custom bottom.

  1. or changing bottom viewport to be 'properties' , but the problem is with the current UI , all the button will stretch to fit the wide of the panel. It should have the feature to have multiple column section.

@metaclay: A proper mockup would be apreciated.

@loic.dautry: Yes, plan to do that. But in the middle of project right now. I'll do it later when it's done.
