Make able to assign key on property sections tabs

Hello again, i have another idea since i'm shortcut and key bind addicted person i think will be such amazing feature if we have opportunity to assign custom key on properties panels such as Material tab, Modifier tab, Texture tab etc. and be able to call pop up menu on cursor position in the view port. This way we can work in full 3D space without any other panel on the screen. I also give an idea before to have option or key bind for Outline as well so he can pop up same as N panel on side all screen height length when we call it, i find default outline panel way to short and not very useful as it is at the moment specially when there is a lot of object in the scene. Also, i give an idea about Outline selection to be in sync with view port. Please check all my proposals. Thank you!
