The future of programming in Python?
I believe that, based on the time we are living, it is time to think about the possibility of adding programming with machine learning and neural networks to Blender. At least up to 2.9X. This could revolutionize the creation of new tools, the use of game engine, and the very use of the program itself.
Is it even the next direction to be followed by softwares like Blender?

uh... so what's your proposal? This reads like "neural nets are cool!" without any actual substance. what are you asking for, tensorflow integration into bpy? Where would this directly benefit the average Blender user? These are the types of things you should be talking about with your proposal.
* @testure * Well, being clearer (I figured I would not be) there is now character animation using neural networks to make them adapt more perfectly to the environment. This is geared towards games but could be used for animation as well. Another example, Blender himself, let's say Cycles, can gain performance through self improvement.
Since you can already import python modules within Blender, you can actually already do this on some level. Neural networks are not a panacea... and they're not a feature unto themselves. They're a tool used to complete a particular task. This proposal is missing a task.
