Blender Updater

With the BIG release of blender 2.83 LTS. I think it's good to have an updater on blender so users don't have to download each time a 100+ bugs are fixed each week or each month with the 2.83 LTS release. I attached an image to suggest maybe put it on the HELP menu on the top bar or on the blender logo?

Yeah some official update tool would be nice. Maybe even just an update checker, that simply redirects to a download mirror.

Hope they will add to to blender. Let's just wait. All user's / devs will realize that it is important to have an updater with blender, because it's like every 3 months new version is release and every week there are bugs have been fixed.

* @japeetmark * There are already like 3 different lean 3rd party Blender updater programs, this one being the best github.com/DotBow/Blender-Launcher

plus it's already been announced in the LTS blogpost that they are aware + looking into adding an auto updater for 2.83

idk why you guys aren't googling and circlejerking about the same things over and over

* @ogierm * Also there is Blender on Steam and Windows Store

Each time i update blender from the website, i have to manually install and activate all the addons and preference settings manually. This will be a good addition to blender.
