rename the rendersetting "Film" to "Transparency" or "Background Transparency"

With the modifiers finally becoming draggable it's about time to move the transparency render setting either to a new "transparency" setting. Cycles has some subsettings that would warrant this, eevee not so. Or it could work to just rename the "Film" to "transparency" or "optics" or something that makes sense but is not totally unexpected for someone new to blender searching for the option to turn off the HDRI. I only open the "Film" setting in the render settings to check or uncheck the world/HDRI visibility, either for the viewport or for rendering, but it doesn't matter.

In EEVEE the transparent checkbox looks wrong anyways with the word "transparency" on the right of the checkbox, makes it seem like a subsetting which it is not.

the "world transparency" setting would also be kind of usefully placed in the world settings, even with a crosslinked checkbox between world and render settings for world transparency. But then the cycles transparent glass option should be there too which could make it too crowded.

In case you just need a mask to separate the background a alpha channel was fine without applying it in the output so you can do it in the post. Then it would belong to the Output.Properties Passes/Data ?

What are you talking about ? image that's not true.

The current way it's done is the only coherent place to put it if you want to add it to the world setting just use a light path node

* @syborg64 * {attachment transpjpg} current 2.9 ui might change and is in line with the viewport denoising. still looks wrong. but this post is about the FILM category being totally misleading.

* @Chris tt * I really disagree. the Film category deals with pixel shaders AFAIK, the name's pretty fitting. The 3 other options have nothing to do with transparancy
