Path guiding for the Gpu

Path guiding means faster caustics, less noise, and shorter render times — it’s a no-brainer. If you want to learn more, here’s a video: " youtube.com/watch ". Many renders also look better overall with it. Currently, path guiding is only available on the CPU. It would be amazing if it were added to the GPU.

Come on the issue is 4 years old with the last action 2 years old. Not so much happened here.

Path guiding is integrated using Intel's OpenPGL ( github.com/RenderKit/openpgl ), GPU support is "planned in future releases", but unfortunately the development of OpenPGL seems to be very slow. Since the library is developed by Intel we're waiting for them and not the Blender developers in this case.
