Eyedropper on the color button
When the cursor passes over a colored button eyedropper appears. On tablets or touch devices it might be more interesting that it always appears, maybe it could be configured from settings.

Note: Now if you click on the "E" key when you are over a colored button the eyedropper is activated but there is no visual indication to inform you about it.
Note2: This would be consistent with the graphical interface since now if you hover over some controls extra tools appear.

It should turn your cursor into an eyedropper:
It shouldn't change to an eyedropper icon by merely hovering over it, because hovering does not change the active tool TO the eyedropper.
Consistency with the "double arrow tool hover appearance" does not apply, as the interface works differently for number fields (and should.)
oh I understood it as having the color picker icon be always visible in a color field. Not like the extra horizontal space is used for anything.
