Expose Histogram data in Python API

I am trying to access the data stored in a Histogram from a drawn sample line in the image editor.

I am coming up short, as the 'values' function is not supported, and there are no relevant properties on the object to get to the histogram data in the Python API as far as I can tell.

The end goal I am after is exporting a histogram to a PDF or CSV file for use outside of Blender.
