New hotkey for timeline frame range

I use to use Moho to make 2d animation and it has a short key for frame range like alt-left click for frame start, and alt-right click for end frame which defaults in blender is ctrl home and ctrl end, I could change the default hotkey in blender but I just suggest this hotkey and one more thing that in Moho when I alt-click in the timeline this will set that frame at where my mouse clicks, but in blender even I could change the key but I have to move the indicator to exactly frame to click it, pretty annoying when animating, when blocking we need a hotkey for insert all keyframe all bone even not select any bone which I think ctrl F is a good one
