Right-Click Select website SUBMIT IDEA button

After clicking the Submit Idea button, DISABLE the button, move the Publish button to that location, or at least a confirmation dialog if it is pressed again.

Raging and quitting most of time after losing so much time typing and idea only to have everything lost because I click Submit Idea instead of Publish.

I would rather have draft proposals and comments saved, so that keeping the submit button serves a purpose AND we never lose whatever we were writing.

I've lost many comments by hitting the Shift key too low for a capital R.
