Change "View Selected" shortcut to Shift+V

As of now, View Selected is really unreachable to use with one hand and it's hard for novices to find the current shortcut - period on a numpad. That's why I think we should change it to Shift + V.

Shift + V is currently only used by Vertex Slide, but it is commonly used as a double tap G, making this combination make the most sense to me, while following Blender's shortcut strategy (V for View)
