Custom Property Panel Readability Improvement
Hi, Custom properties are a great way to automate things and stuff, but currently, the custom property panel (the one listing the properties on an object, scene etc) is a total mess as it's listing also the properties defined by addons, the so called "API defined property".
So currently, if you add your own property, it gets lost in the middle of API def props.
My proposal is to add a subpanel in there: one for the API def props, and one for the user defined ones.
Or a property on the panel to show or hide the API def properties.

No, in fact i didn't. But while it's making the UI cleaner for an overall purpose, it doesn't seem to solve the issue i'm describing. It seems like the props are sorted alphabetically currently, but not always, that's a bit weird. In my case, i think that i have like more than 50 custom props on my scenes defined by addons. But of course, the patch you sent me would make things even better combined with my proposal.
