Update Rendered view after an amount of samples
when you set your viewport to rendered instead of refreshing it every sample there should be an option that says how many samples should the viewport ignore before refreshing again.

"Min Time Difference" so if I want it updated at most 10 times a second I'd set it to .1
Why? Laggy mouse? That's because Blender is busy in calculation. Does refreshing really have an impact?
