Glare compositor node, on larger than 1080p images (still an annoying little issue)

Update the -glare compositor node- "size" settings functions so that it would work well and as intended on larger than 1080p images. The settings have a limited max value, which is making larger images than 1080p resolution to become less direct-proportional to the settings at hand, thus ruining the render.
