Allow 'View Layers' to save render hide/unhide state

I can create a new layer state with the 'View Layers'* option. I create a new 'View Layer', give it a name, then hide/unhide objects for that VL. It will save its state, but only for viewport (eye icon). If I change the render view (camera icon), it will change across all VLs.

It's an incomplete feature. It should save the render view as well. I want to create multiple Layer Views and enabling them depending on what i want it to show in the render, not just viewport.

Thanks for the consideration! * docs.blender.org/manual/en/2.80/render/layers/layers.html
