Separate Fill From Stroke operator Material

Sometimes i create text and convert it to Gpencil and i want to animate the outliner and keep the fill as i is or animate it separately ,also in many situations i asume we all get frustrated when we notice that we better have to have two material, stroke material and fill material used from the strat instead using one material with both aspect. in those case we need to :in (edit mode)

  1. duplicate the GPencil text (risk of mixing original with the duplication)
  2. create new material and rechose same color of stroke
  3. assign it to the duplication(stroke)
  4. move the outliner to a selected layer or new layer to create
  5. uncheck the stroke from old material

"Proposition"

so for separated fill text and outlines Text(any kind of drawing) , it will be nice automate this process by adding an operator '' separate materials" do the job with a context menu for more option (pup up) :

  1. chose existed material or new material so the wheel color appear to chose the color..

  2. chose the layer to add it to it or create new layer and name it,

===== in general we have 3 state of drawing: stroke ,fill , or both of them in one material. we can adapte the operator to those 3 states to get the result Quickly. thank you for ready, hope suppoting this feature if you need it, personally, really i need it.

Same go for inverting the process by joining them by another operator "join materials" ... for some cases.

I wonder if adding an option "Duplicate selected stroke(s)" to the [EDITMODE]->Stroke->Assign Material command would work (int the Change Stroke Color options dialog that pops up).
