add support for two wheeled mouse.

Just bought a logitech mx master mouse which has two scroll wheels, one on the top and one on the side for horizontal scrolling.

When assigning keymaps, Blender doesn't recognise the movement of the side wheel.

It would be great to add support for it, so that it can be assigned to panning.
