Donations for each Community idea/feature submitted.
They could be shared between the person submitting the idea and the Blender team, or one or the other.
This way there could be more Ideas and more incentives for idea implementation and Ideas could be better described and pictured for all.

This is ridiculous. Blender does not have insufficient ideas. Blender has insufficient programmers.

Instead of this, what would make more sense is if the Idea provider attaches a donation, with their own money, to their idea proposition, and anyone who gets it done first and accepted into the trunk gets the money. (Does not apply if the feature is already done and the idea provider just didn't know).
Or even better - anyone who wants that feature would attach their own donations to that feature request, and it would just pile up.
