Even thickness everywhere (by default)

Hello there! Yes, I know there were an idea about even thickness by default in solidify modifier (which is must have option imo), but I think it should be by default everywhere (not only modifier, but in other operations as well). You can change modifiers defaults with modifier list add-on. But how can we change Offset even in shrink/fatten operation? And I check this checkbox every single time....
