Per-File Interpolation Default

The default interpolation for all new keyframes is set in Preferences 🠖 Animation. But sometimes, I'll want my new keyframes to be Constant or Linear, not the default Bézier. To do that, I have to change the Preferences to make it the default for all new keyframes in all projects, and remember to change it back later.

It'd be nice to have a per-file setting (say, in the Scene tab). The preference, then, would be the interpolation for all new files, but if, say, I have a file where most of my keyframes are going to be Linear, I could set it just for that file and not have to either switch the preference back and forth as I switch files, or go back and change all my keyframes.
