Missing damping parameter for Internal Springs and Pressure of the new cloth modifier

I love the new Internal Springs and Pressure additions to the cloth modifier but having worked with it for a while, i more and more miss a damping parameter since the damping parameter for the surface springs doesn't seem to respond to the new internal spring calculations.
