Predefine (list) all mappable commands in the keymap editor

Setting up hotkeys would be much easier if all commands would be included in the keymap editor. This way, a simple name search should be sufficient to find a command you are looking for. The commands do not have a keymap associated to them, but just list the available command names. These entries could be filtered out when a keymap filter system is implemeted.
