Option for locking NLA strips keyframes (Influence, Strip Time) to strips transform

Currently, if you have an NLA strip with animated influence or strip time, you must manually move the keyframes separate of the strip. This can be a time-consuming and error-prone process, if you have a project with multiple animated NLA strips that need to be manipulated.

With an option to lock these keyframes to the strips transform, any change to the strip would be reflected to the keyframes as well.
