"Average Islands Scale" as an option in "Pack Islands".

Often I want to maintain uniform texel density when packing islands, but currently I have to run "Average Islands Scale" separately every time before packing. Since this is a very common operation combo, I think it would be a natural fit as an optional boolean in the Pack Islands operator panel.
