Is Hidden node for Geometry Node tools

Kind of self explanatory (and should be pretty easy to implement), same way we have a Selection node in tools, a node to check if geometry is hidden or not. Some tools rely on hidden state when checking for geometry to work with and this exposes that functionality to node tool developers.
