Pressing Enter to execute to similar tools like Loop Cut when a preview placement shows up

I use a wacom tablet pen to avoid carpel tunneling, but when using loop cut, I wish I can press enter to insert loops when I can see a yellow preview line instead of hitting the tablet from the pen to right click. When hitting the tablet to execute, I find myself offseting that perfect center line placement I want. Also I do have a right-click on my pen button itself, but it's a mystery that it has it's own logic so it doesn't do what it does as a pen user.
