Shader viewport dispay color should have alpha as a separate field
I just noticed that at least two different people didn't know that it is possible to have transparent materials in the viewport because alpha is only visible in the color selector.
I think it should be much clearer if alpha had a separate input

I rather think it is better to show the color with alpha like themes than an additional field
From a new user respective, this can indeed confusing (im not new, but try to think has one etc).
So what does the principle bsdf base color alpha actually effect though?, putting it to 0 has no effect on the other channel values??
While the materials - viewport display, it does in solid shading modes (Studio - Object - Material, Attribute, Texture modes).
Then we also have Object - viewport display have it's own for just the object itself (Studio - Object - Object mode)
To me this is a slight mismatch on how these should be displayed through out blender.

It is much more important in this context than in a theme. This is basic material setup in solid mode (workbench) and hiding alpha inside the color makes it unnecessary confusing. At least couple of separate users in my studio didn't even notice that it is there.
