Extensions Menu > Repository Panel

For those who often go to the repositories menu, it would be good to redesign this panel slightly:

• it's easy to misclick and accidentally close the panel which is a bit frustrating
• using repository is already quite advanced IMO, so I would make the "advanced" panel open by default
• good thing we can vertically drag the Repository list, but it would be good if Blender remembered that height so we don't have to drag it every time we open it
• panel is so small that the custom directories often shows an incomplete path. The only way to reveal it by hovering or clicking on it. Maybe making that panel horizontally expandable would be a good solution? (see image below)
