Not emisive shader material
So title says it all.
Maybe there is a way and I'm not aware of it but sometimes I need a material with a "flat" color and without emision so it don't contributes to scene lighting...
So a "Not Emission" shader node?

If the title says it all, then either you don't need to post a proposal, or that statement is false in the first place and you can replace it by the actual proposal🙃
So... Basically, you want a flat shader node.
Though in current Blender, plugging your color data right in the material output does just that.
At least a workaround:

LightPath trick do the job, thanks for pointing me to the right "path" ;)
It seems that you are conflating emission with reflection.
There are quite a few ways of doing that already. For example, You can turn off all the light rays on the object, except for the camera one...
